What do i need to connect Expert titan or tiger touch with a pc running wysiwyg simulation???

This tool, a network cable and the correct settings in wysiwyg will do the trick.
Also don't forget to set the correct universes as artnet output...

no as long as you are sending out the dmx packages over artnet you'll be fine...
