Need help with lcd screen!

My screen got cracked but helv screen worked.

Today I received another from AVOLITES! Really easy to change.
But it would not work.
The lights fine but no text appears, has tested the LCD contrast and brightness.
Nothing happens

Tested and switch back to the broken, then it was the same error.

Is there anything I missed?

Consol: 2004 with usb upgrade to 2008

I found the "error"


Ribbon cable must be twisted.
I took it for granted that these cables the right way, one that must be twisted so the silver connections shall be to the LCD screen.

Hope someone takes my English
