Arkaos and Pearl 2008

My friend is about to start touring with an artist who travels with some basic led gear and an Avo 2008. He (and me of course) want to know the better way to patch, program and run the setup, since we saw a lot of times other guys with very similar setups over here getting stucked in the mid of concerts and so.

The specified setup:

10 x Spot Moving Heads (DTS I think), 16 channels each
4 x Atomic Strobes
30 x Dimmer channels
2 x Led Curtain (6x4 metres each)
6 x C.I Tronics Led Panels (2x1 metres each)

1 x Arkaos VJ (with DMX interface)

1 x Avolites Pearl 2008

Our patching would be: line A - movers and atomics; B - conventionals and curtain; C - Arkaos

Any advices?

By the way, the Led Curtaisn are simple RGB Led Backdrops, 6 DMX channels each I think. The panels are one of those generic mid-res panels and the imagery comes out of Arkaos running on a regular laptop using a DMX In-USB interface.
