Running unlinked chases on a Pearl 2008

I made two unlinked chases addressed in playbacks 1 and 2. In the Simulator, run mode, raising the faders and clicking the swops of the chases I can run the steps individually in the way I want. In the 2008 it is possible?

I just tried this weekend on a Pearl 2008 and couldnt make it this way.

My idea is to run in playback 1 a position chase (unlinked) and in 2 a color chase (unlinked as well). It is possible?

yeah, I do it all the time.

is the console in run mode? If not,hit the red connect button, click the swop of the chase you want to control, then hit the GO button below the control button

You should be able to step through unlinked chases with the associated add button, not swop.

There is a problem if you change page though. The new page must contain a chase on the same playback for this to still work.
