tiger doesn't work!

hi!
i've just open my console (pearl tiger) , screen has contunious waving but nothing happen.. nothing on internal display ... show is starting in 1 hour and i don't know what i have suppose to do....

This is already probably too late. There is a 24hr emergency support number. Hopefully it's this one:

Otherwise, open it up and check all connections is best advice I can give.

hi again!
we found pearl expert on repair time for broken pearl tiger but i have one question ;
on pearl tiger ; the key is run mode and desk is working takeover run mode , when i push the swop button on playbacks, movinglights are taking position without dimmer channels and i'm fading up for dimmer channels.. (cue) , but i can't working like this on pearl expert.i'm pushing swop button but nothing happen... there is some settings about this??

I did not know you could preload with swop.
One solution is to lower flash master to zero and use grey playback button.

Hmm thanks for solution but this is long way then other.. there is no way to using preload with swop button?? pearl tiger has this function but expert doesn't , why?
