How Can I change page of pallete

I wanted to know that by changing the fixture page.. does the pallete page change or not.?
Eg: I have colourwheel 1 palletes on Pallete No.1-10 And Colourwheel 2 on 31-40 , Can i use these palletes by just chaging the fixture page

In Classic there is user setting 'palette paging'. Turn this on to switch palette pages with fixture page buttons. In Titan it is standard.
