Azure 2000 Floppy Drive

Postby thistle2005uk » 13 Jun 2009, 10:13

Hi all,

Firstly:
Will the Pearl Simulator work with my Azure 2000?

Secondly:
Is there any chance that my floppy drive could be replaced with a USB drive or a floppy emulator like the ones below?

Found this link on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Convert-floppy-driv ... 1|294%3A50

and this:

Cheers,
Paul

I don't know if those devices would work or whether there will be any options to upgrade hardware & software as with 2004. You can email service and ask but I think probably not.

For Usb you really need newer consoles - Pearl 2008/2010/Tiger/Expert or Tiger Touch.
