quickguide on avolite pearl

hi all,
i'm new to avolite..
i have interest in the pearl2004.
i need a console that's capable of doing big theatre shows.
i do not have the real console.
so i hope i'm able to know more form the pearl simulator.(1.2)
i've never use one before.i've install the simulator.
but i don't know how to patch any fixture, and yet to use the visualizer.
i've tried reading the manual.i don't get it very much.
i was hoping there's a quickguide especially for the simulator.
or does anyone here willing to help me with small tutorial guide?
