next week i have some tv show with static light but lots of scene and they must be always on
is there some possibilities to work,don't know how to explain,
on roller page A pb1 with page B pb1 (diffrent cue,scene,etc)
in hog they call background pages
i read manuel several times and didn't find anything

You cannot have multiple cues running from the same playback handle across different pages.

You will need to dedicate one or more playbacks for the constant scenes. For safety it is best to copy this across all pages in case you lower and need to raise at some point. This would be the normal way of doing this.

The awkward ways include creating personalities which give you LTP control over the channels and then you can simply set and leave (store in palette etc.) but you would have no way to fade. This is good for smoke and similar functions. Similarly you could define a channel as always on using a combination of custom user curve and personality or, crudely, manual override on dimmers.
