Hi there u all,

We're using a Pearl Expert, and we have some fixtures that are in the R20 library but not working well.

We've some Showtec Sunstrip LED RGB (42206) and if we use "locate" on the Pearl it will react, but when clearing or exiting the fixture is still lighting up.

But when the dimmer value is 1 its not lighting up (its a flaw I think in the ficture), so my question is: how can I change the dimmer value so it starts at 1 and not 0.... Or another way to change this...

can you please say which mode you are using the fixture in.

dimmers are htp so will clear when hitting clear however because the RGB attributes for this fixture are ltp....unless there is a dimmer in the mode then clear will not affect whether the fixture is on or not.

if you are using a mode without a dimmer on it then RGB can be set to htp so that clear will work as expected.
