Shape Generator

We purchased a Azure used. The board works fine accept that the shape generator does not work. It seems as if the memory just for that function is non-existant. Can i download new info for that, should I upgrade the software anyway, help. Thanks

You will have to load the shape file into the board. The file is callad SG.DAT and can be found on any personality file disk.
To load the shape file, go to AVO mode, select UTILITIES, Load Shape File and press ENTER.
Normally the shape file should be loaded automatically when patching an intelligent fixture from the personality file disks. Maybe you use a self-made disk without the SG.DAT file on it.
