Still on boot status

When I power on the avolites expert, the device still on boot status and the display under the roller show message "main". Can anyone tell me What happen! What can I do? Thawatchai
What does it say on the VDU screen? I am also not sure what you mean by, "display under roller". There is no display under the roller on the expert, do you mean the main LCD screen?
It would make more sense if you where talking about a standard Pearl console either 2004 or 2008.
