Diamond 4 bug?

I am wondering over something that works on pearl/sapphire consoles but not on my diamond4.
If i have fired a moving look on a preset fader and wants to flash another look on another fader the first fired cue stops byby the time i release the flash fader?????? isnt it supposed to go back to the first fired fader then?
What am I doing wrong? or is this a opportunity lost from the pearl?
Please help me out.
