Titan mobile start up problems

Postby Cailan » 04 Jan 2013, 19:10

Hi,

I'm using titan mobile with this laptop for the first time.

Installed the application and the drivers install successfully.

When i plug in the usb the blue leds come on the playback fader buttons.
They start from the middle then fan out either way and are solid for about 10 seconds then slowly dim out.

Then.. nothing. Even after i start up titan mobile i can't control anything with the console.

Never used the mobile before, so i'm hoping it's something daft i'm doing and not the laptop can't power the console, as i don't have the 9v psu.

With Titan running try opening the Usb Console application and see if moving the faders and pressing buttons registers.

Nope, nothing.

No connected panels either.

Hmpf, would i be getting any leds at all if the laptop didn't have the power to power it.

It's quite a recent sony vaio with more than the necessary specs required for the titan mob, so i don't see how it would be that.

Is there anywhere i can get the drivers manually?

Every time i plug the usbs back in it wants to install drivers.

The drivers that are installing are something along the lines of ''usb security key''

What happens if you unplug the mobile and run Virtual Panel instead?
