Hi
I have had problems with faders that dont work, checked them in usb expert and they work there but not in the software, the gray and blue bottoms work but not the fader...
this problem has been in V5 aswell and it still does in V6
any ideas?
and in V6 I have problems whit when I have patched a fixture or dimmer and select them I cant see/use any attributes.... then after a while of selecting/clear them I can find the attributes and start the programing.
does someone have a clue?

Issue #1 sounds familiar. How old/which serial no. is your mobile? Please check in USB Expert console that all faders can go down to 0. If they don't, then they do not initialize properly, and don't work in Titan. Of course faders can be faulty - but for earlier Mobiles, this is due to reference voltage. Covered in ECN 189/190.
Issue #2: Version 6.0 or 6.1? If 6.0, then you're strongly encouraged to upgrade.

Wow, below 100. I'd say it is the a.m. issue. Check it in USB Expert, and watch if all faders can go down to 0. If not, then heat you soldering iron - or find someone familiar with SMD soldering.
The thing is: if you are familiar with SMD and have the required tools, then it's done in less than 30 minutes, including opening, closing, and testing. But if not, then it will take much longer, and you must be very carefull to not damage the board.

I don't know where you are located. The options are:
- contact your local Avo dealer
- contact Avo service (I bet you'll get the components for free, else I guess they won't charge a fortune if you send in your Mobile for service)
- if you have a good electronics service facility nearby, they should be capable of doing this, and should have the components - just one 75R SMD resistor (and some capacitors to make it complete). If you show them the ECN, they'll know immediately what to do. It's really well described.
- fetch the components from Avo, and do it yourself (again, do so only with proper tools and experience!!!)
The point about SMD components is: they are quite cheap, but so special they're not sold in a standard electronics retail store.
