Led/matrix problems

Hello,

I'm having some problems with the avolites pearl expert desk. Running Titan V6 (V5 had the same problem)

The light set-up contains:
- 8 mac 700 profiles
- 31 BriteQ pixelbars (16x RGB led + 2Ch Dimmer/strobe. Total of 50Ch)
Those fixtures are used to make several lines.
- 12 Ch dimmer
Dmx signal is distribute over Art-net with an ELC Node 6x.


3 problems are very annoying:

-The first one: When I run colour shapes (shape generator) over the LEDs everything works fine. But when I restart the console or load the saved show,the shape aren't running smooth any more. When I activate a playback with a colour shape it can take up to 3 sec before the shape is running... And the leds lines aren't fluent at all.

-The led fixtures are patched in a Matrix. With the pixel mapper function I can create spirals and so on.. But these shapes aren't running smooth during the show. It looks like the hardware isn't strong enough. Is this possible?

-The third problem: I have 3 faders, Red Green Blue, the basic colours of the LEDs. These are programmed in mode 2. So the console should release those LTP channels. But sometimes it doesn't.
Mostly the problem occurs when a basic colour is open and 2 pixelmapper shapes are running at the same time. When closing these faders the basic color isn't released. When I take a look in the programmer it shows a value like 20% red for example... This should be 0...


These things I have tried already;
- format all with recovery disk
- upgrading to v6
- made the show over again 3 times now...

I hope someone can help me with these problems.

The first and second issue need to be looked at in more detail. I am going to forward these.

The third is probably a bug. I will have a look at mode 2 interaction with effects and see if I can reproduce.

I stil have problems in V6.1.
And no word or answer from Avolites.
Very disappointing...
