Synchronised shapes

Postby hjige » 23 Aug 2012, 21:33

I like to find a way to synchronise a pan saw and tilt saw into a perfect circle, but somehow I can't get this to work very well...

Does somebody have any tip on how to do this?

(I know I can do a circle shape, but a pan, tilt and a circle takes to much space on my mobile)

The factory circle shape works by setting pan to be 270 degrees out of phase with tilt.

So you can do this manually with a separate pan and tilt shape where they both have identical speed and size and pan has a phase offset of 270. But, assuming they are on separate playbacks you must fire them at exactly the same time to get the perfect circle.
