HELP! 2004 Pearl desk 2008 software

So I'm having problems loading personalities for Clay Paky fixtures on a pearl desk. It came front the rental with no disks so I created some from the site and the LCD reads "reading disk header" and freezes.

I tried both 2004 board updated 2008 option on the personality download page and the 2008 board option itself.

What am I missing?

I need to start this programming in about an hour, I'm a tad stressed (mostly bc it took me all day to find a computer with a floppy drive and 2 hours to get the computer booted and ready) but I must be missing something as far as the personalities go...

I'm a bit confused about the options you have tried.

If you have a 2004 board with the Usb update or later then you can download Personality Library Installer 1 from the Pearl 2008/2010 & Tiger section and use a Usb stick.

If you have a non-updated 2004 board or earlier then you need R20 Personality Disks 5 & 22 from the Azure, Pearl and Sapphire section and use two floppies.
