Clear on a Saphirre 2000

Hi,
Just wondering, we have been using a Pearl for years and have now bought a Saphirre 2000. Having a possible problem with clearing the programmer.

When I have Preset Faders up and hit clear, all the lights go out and they didn't use to on the Pearl.

Am I missing something? Or is this just the way it is?

What version of software are you running? I thought that the latest (build 5) version didnt do that anymore!
