Different fade-settings?

I did a show last night, and when i tried to make a nice fade between colors, they faded one at the time! Wtf I thought, they haven't behaved like these before? So is it any settings that i changed or something?

Nothing i thought of... But hadn't set any. Maybe someone messed with my disk
