Unfortunately chase speed on fader is not possible. The only time you can control speed on fader is with shapes in mode 2.

Intensity on playback should be very simple. Can you explain in more detail what you are having difficulty with?

Hello Nic,

Is there any way to do this on my Titan Mobile? I would love to be able to control the speed of a specific playback's effect with a fader.

Thanks,

- Chris

As for chasers, actually, either you control it via tap button, or via the standard way (connect, control speed with wheel).

When you mention effects: for shapes, you can set 'speed on fader', which would be your choice...

a bit off topic maybe:

Using a Titan Mobile: In a cue I can set the shape speed to be controlled by the fader. If I have a chase consisting of two cues each having a different shape, then I can't control the shapes' speed by the fader anymore correct?

I would like to easily manually switch/step between two shapes and at the same time being able to control their speed but also keep the speed at the exact same level when switching shapes.

You can do this with cue lists.

Hello, I have Pearl 2008 and was also wondering how could I put speed on faders. I see I can't, what is the way to work around this and have intuitive control over speed? Thank you

Unfortunately this is not possible in Classic software. The only speed control that can be assigned to faders in Classic is for shapes. For chases you can control speed after connecting either by wheel or with the tap tempo softkey.
