Adding Personalities to Pearl Simulator

Postby chameleon » 11 Jan 2012, 14:29

Hope someone can help

I am trying to add the personality for a Martin Mac 250 wash as it seems to be missing from the simulator.

I have downloaded the wash personality from the download page but for some reason I can't get the simulator to read it!!!!

I am running the simulator on a macbook pro using parallels.

One possible reason for this might be that you copied/pasted into notepad or similar and have saved with the wrong file extension.

If it's not that then I suggest the easier solution is to download the whole library. 'Pearl Expert Classic' is probably the best one.

With a new PerlSim installation, select the folder aps2 in the Pearl 2004 Simulator directory as source when patching - contains all Mac 250, Mac 250+, Krypton and Entour.

Edit: pardon me, of course you're right, and Nic even more. The wash isn't in...
