I've been having a look at the Titan remote and it seems like a really useful tool - simple but very effective. One thing i have come across is a potential conflict when use the ethernet port on the back of the Expert to also output Artnet.
What I have found is that the Remote works fine when just using the Expert to output via the 4 * XLRs on the back of the desk. However as soon as you patch an ArtNet node to DMX output 5 (or anywhere else) the remote stops working and you just get error messages. I have tried the 'restart remote' option and also 'restarting internet information services' in Control Panel as advised in the manual. None of these things help. However if you remove the node again (effectively turning ArtNet off) the remote will immediatly start working again.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Cheers for now
Dave

Hello,
I'm having similar problems trying to get Titan Remote working.
We are running Art-Net from a Diamond 4 thru a hub to an Arkaos Media Server and ELC-Node (that converts Art-Net to DMX).
I connected a WiFi router to this hub and put it in the same IP range as all other devices. See image below.
Should work fine.
I can log into the D4 with my iPhone or WiFi laptop and get an access code from the D4. Upon connecting I get the Remote page that shows our fixture list. All seems fine.
BUT, when I try to do anything for example go to the playback list, I get an error message that suggests restarting the ISS on the D4. This doesn't resolve the problem and since I can not log into the desk until it is completely restarted.
I tried the setup with the WiFi router directly connected to the D4, same issues. Have not disabled all Art-Net outputs because of time restraints.
Could this all be because of Art-Net conflicts?
Please advice..
Cheers!
Alex

You can download it from the appstore.
http://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/focusrem ... 80913?mt=8
And than merge the artnet with art-merge from artistic licence,
http://artisticlicence.com/index.php?mo ... &order_id=
or if you have a artnet to dmx converter, it is ma by possible to merge it intern the converter.
It works perfect and its better than the avolites remote. because it is not a web interface that zooms in all the time.
