Expert - panel reported a reset for condition brown out

Postby enricoc » 14 Dec 2010, 16:57

I'm having this error reported on USB Console. I'm loosing dmx random. DMX panel 1 disappeared and DMX panel 2 has this error. Resetting panels solves the problem for minutes, then I loose dmx again. The question is that the problem is not continuos. I can work for weeks with the console with no problems and now I have the problem for third time. Titan V 3.1
In rare occasions the console hangs on boot. I sent the console to assistance with no success.

This really is a question for service, but I wonder if you have a power supply problem - either the desk PSU or bad mains?

The error "panel reported a reset for condition brown out" indicates that the USB panels are loosing DMX. I would unplug, re-plug and check all the internal USB cables.

Solved!
It was a bad cable from desk PSU to USB panel! Thanks!
