Forgetful Pearl Tiger

Hi,

We've got a (nearly) three year old Tiger which has lost its license twice this year and had a corrupt fixture library twice in the last six weeks.

I've done a memory diagnostic which came back okay so I'm at a bit of a loss - any suggestions?
