i email repairs and pearllicensing and stiill dont get any answer
i have to run my avo

maybe i can dwongrade to older software, wher i can down load it ??

Let me try and get someone's attention. I don't think a different software version will help but don't worry I'm sure this can be fixed quickly today.

If your console is a Pearl Tiger serial number ****79 then the license was issued on the 31st August. It is possible that the email is in your spam or junk mail folder.

I have sent you a private message which includes the License code.

Please let me know how you get on.
