Titan V3.1 Update fail

Hi there,

after an short tour of 3 weeks our Expert was choosen to get an upgrade to V3.1. I did exactly what i was supposed to but at the reboot it couldn't find the Expert shell? What did I do wrong??? Nothing is working at the moment...
Could someone help me with the proper upgrade instructions???

Did you upgrade from 3.0? It won't work from earlier versions.

Easiest solution is probably just to download 3.1 recovery disk and use that.

The recovery CD is already downloading!
