Azure 2000 dimmer problem

Currently I'm using an Azure 2000 with a Jands FP12 12ch dimmer.
When I use the intensity function the light will shine at zero intensity from 0%-80% the jump straight to full intensity from approximately 80%-100%.
I want the dimmer to raise intensity in increments gradually.
I have isolated the dimmer and used it with another console, so I know it is not the dimmer's programming.
What did I do wrong (programming the console), and what areas should I look for any discrepancies?

I tried it again, and guess what? This time it works!
Just do what the manual says and you'll do just fine, kids!
In case you're wondering, please don't ask how I did this, I don't know, but I have a feeling the culprit was the lamp!
