Page jumping on Avolite pearl 2004

Hi, we hv been facing the problem of our pearl 2004 changing from roller page 1 to page 3 on it's own. The problem started after we began using the Run mode. Previously, our shows was done using program mode only. We reverted back to using program mode only, but the page still jumped on it's own., although less frequently. Pls advise on how to solve tis.

Which software version are you running?

This was a key reading problem in the 2000 soft that some people experienced, including myself - there may well be other symptoms.

2004 v1 fixed these problems and many others
