Add buton not working pearl 2000

Hi i hope somebody can help me, are pearl has developed a fault, in run mode the add buttons (below the roller) do not function yesterday they were working fine and in programme mode they are ok please is this a software fault or hardware i have checked all the settings on the desk and all seems ok has anybody had this problem b4

hmmm...

The only thing I can suggest is to check the Add Master is ok.
(System-Service/Diagnostics - check everything else while you're there )

Quick question: are you in normal run mode or in Takeover run mode?
