Problem with Pearl 2010

I seem to be having a major problem with my Pearl 2010. When I switch the console on, everything comes on as it should, but all the LED lamps in the switches for playback and the A & B Bank remain on. Even the "A & B" lamps are lit. Sometimes, they come on brightly and sometimes dim. When I opened up the console, on the Boris 3 motherboard, the LED lamp 1 flickers very dimly, the LED 2 & 3 lamps are on but dim. All other LEDs on the mainboard are on and OK. Can someone shed some light on this please?

Check all connectors and IC's are seated correctly.

OK, I'm just gonna post my follow up here so that someone else who might have the same problem could sort it out. The long board under the playbacks has 4 IC Chips - AD 7528 JN - One of my chips had blown apparantly,I have ordered the chips here, they should be here in a day or so, then I would replace and check further.
