Pearl 2008 slow response

Hi Guys!

Our Pearl 2008 console's got slow response (about half a sec).
Sound to light or manual, doesn't matter, the delay is always there.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Where is the delay? - ie. flash/fader/selecting fixtures/palette recall?

Does this happen from wipeall?

- flash
- recall palette
- running chase sound to light
- running chase manually
- faders
- tap twice to set tempo
- etc

The only cause for a delay that I know of is large numbers of HTP attributes patched or midi connection to visualiser. For the latter it might be worth checking user settings but I'm inclined to think this is a hardware issue.

Contact service direct. They are closed for holidays until 4th Jan but it's urgent there are numbers listed on the homepage.
