I'd like to have speed of rotations on a memory, but not with any specific gobo

many fixtures have gobo rotation as a separate channel

it's not that simple for lights like the old Mac 250/Roboscan 518... The gobo rotation parameters are on the gobo wheel channel, so in those cases, you'll have to make separate rotation faders for every gobo
