Pearl Expert Titan Personality Problem

I'm having a problem that the personality file is not working for a moving head, because when I push the "Locate"-button, it when move very slowly. and it will not react at all. The probleme here is that the "P/T-Speed" is on (100%), so I change the value in the attribute with the wheels and then it will move normal. But only for that time and not standard for all that type a fixture.

How can I change the value of the speed in the personality file, because you can't replace or added a new personality file that will be recognized or added in the Titan-software???

You can replace and add personalities for Titan, but to edit and create you need extra software.
