Attributes on Handles/Fader?

Postby avonewbee » 15 Oct 2008, 14:30

hello everyone,
someone told me that on a pearl it is possible to have all the attributes of intelligent lights on the Preset Faders and not only on the wheels, so that we can change a attribute (e.g. Colorwheel) by moving the fader up and down.
Is that possible?

I think that is a feature of the console that does not exist anymore. I have not worked at Avolites long enough to be sure about this but from what I have been told. Before the desk had wheels you used to select the attribute bank and use the preset fader to change the value. This is long gone though I am afraid.

The only reason I know about this is I spotted some dead code in the Pearl project which related to this feature.

No. OP asks about Preset handles. mode2 only applies to memories on playbacks and would not be the same as setting attribute values for programming.
