Azure Legends Dissappearing

Hi, I use an azure in a nightclub here in edinburgh. Last night when I booted it up all of the legends had disappeared. No problem I thought, as I have plenty of backups from the past few years. However when I loaded the most recent backup, none of the legends loaded up. I have tried a couple of the different backups we have but to no avail. All i am getting is the memory number for each legend. The desk is still useable, however it is a lot more difficult to try and remember what each button does! Has anyone ever had this issue before?
