Updating Expert from v1.1 to v2 error!

Hi

I'm trying to update my Pearl Expert from version 1.1 to version 2, but it won't.
It briefly open/show a command prompt and nothing else, and nothing happens.

I used and followed the update and instructions from the Pearl Expert download page

Is the file approx 10MB? If not, make sure you are not using and download managers and download the file again.

Otherwise, did you stop the Expert software first?

Yes it's 10.3mb and I downloaded it from two different computers on two different networks. And I did stop the expert software.

I did all that before I started this thread.

Still the same problem. It didn't update, it just briefly open/show a command prompt and nothing else.

Unfortunately I have not had time to try this myself yet so I cannot advise further. Too many shows at the moment. Is it possible for you to call Avo direct? If not I can call tomorrow for you and point in this direction.

I'll try calling the danish reseller tomorrow (today).
