Azure Strange Behavior

Hi All ,i am using a used Azure 2000, before this i even dont know about Avolite,it is the very first timr that i am using that type of console.

now the problem is that in program mode i assign 4 units of Martin RoboScan Pro 518 by Locate Fixture, every thing is correct except PAN/TILT attributes. the wheel B is doing extreme Right Up position at 0% value, while i rotate to increase the value the fixture mirror moves slowly downwards and starts moving to left and with the maximum 100% it ends at extreme Left Up.
Now amazingly when i decrease the B wheel value, the mirror suddenly moves to the position what i found at 0 % value, i mean by decreasing and increasing the value the mirror performing like a circle. The A wheel is controlling the response of speed of B .wheel. ( I am not using any Fan or Shapes ).

I also try my fixture channels by Dimmers value, they are perfect .
I was thinking that by upgrading to the software 2003, i can get the Azure as all virgin operating mode.
i also try to upgrade the console but the Disk verification Command showing, File `AZFLASH.DAT, FLASH.PRL, not found , and loading commands are showing, File `AZAVOS.DAT, not found.

can you tell me how can i reset azure to its factory preset setting, the wipe all option is just wipe all the scene and patching which we have, but the Confused PAN/TILT is still there,
secondly, is there any possibility that i can load or save my work on any other media like FLASH USB or CD instead of a 3.5 inches floppy. regards, zahoor jury

In Which mode the fixture is working?
Your problem look like a fixture working in 16Bits mode but with a personality in 8bits.
the personality for 16Bit is :MT_RP518m3 (mode 3)

OK Nick, i will try this, then come back to you the next is While I was trying to upgrade the Azure 20000 the Disk verification Command showing, File `AZFLASH.DAT, FLASH.PRL, not found , and loading commands are showing, File `AZAVOS.DAT, not found.
I go to the PC back and try to save the file by unzip method but the following massages appeard,
0 can not open output file A;/asp.cmp
1 can not open output file A;/P2000PER.CMP
2 can not open output file A;/azavos.dat
3 can not open output file A;/azflash.dat

Now will you help me how can I solve these issues ?.

Try to change your floppy disk
If it's possible for you to access to the normal system in the desk ( A start the system), go to Disk menu then Format disk, you will know if you're floppy disk is ok.

Then put this formatted floppy on your PC, and and run the az0603all.exe .

Do not try to open the floppy disk after to see if all files are inside, sometimes when you do this, the desk cannot open it.

How is that last suggestion logical, captain?

Anyway, the other thing to make sure is disk is not write-protected. Perhaps obvious but often it's the simplest things.
