please help about azure..

Hi,

One day ago when i was updating the software i had some problems. After

update azure has been shutdown but when it restarted
; it was written that " please wait energising the azure" we have waited

but there was no change. After that i used number 1 of program jumper

and i could access to avos menu and i could open the table. when i

connect the 7-8 and 4 number jumpers at the same time the problem is

starting again when the except 4 number jumper, only 7 and 8 number

jumpers are connected azure is working but the faders are not working.
Now only 7 and 8 jumpers connected but i am using the table except

faders. what i have to do?

please help me.. thanks..

The enrgi power down when that day ago when you wese updating the software ?
If this hapened you have to contact service center
