Pearl2000-2004 versus Sapphire96

In buying a second hand avolites console I have the choice between a Pearl 2000 (possibly updatable to 2004 software) and a Sapphire 96.

Which features will I be missing when I go for the Sapphire96?

A Diamond 3 is also a possibility.... but is this worse or better?
