pearl expert cloning a fixture

Postby giancarlo » 08 May 2007, 08:43

hi to everybody i would like to see in the pearl expert the chance to clone a fixture .
what do i mean, if im using 1 mac 500 in my show and after i change that spot into a coemar spot id like to have the chance to clone the fixture ,so all my palletts color and pan tilt and everything else will be automaticly cloned.
so the only thing that i have to do is edit some stuff, obviously i know that spots have diffrent listing of parameters but in my expirience with other desks i have done that for sure, so i think that pearl expert platform can do that also!
thank you anyway!

If you want to clone fixtures then you will need a Diamond 4 as this has the fixture exchange function.

We do already have a PC version of bothe the Diamond 4 and the Pearl.

When we are ready to release a new version of the Pearl Expert software we will post it on our website.

You can easly change the DMX line assignement in the pearl expert by going to the DMX Outputs dialog and moving the outputs around.

The second one is working for Avo, not me. And thank you for what you said for my italian, ma devo dire che sono sposato con una italiana, communque...

The Diamond 4 desktop comes with both the D4 and the Pearl software compatible with EzDmx outputs. I suggest you contact our sales department or your local distributor for more information.
