Pearl simulator dongle

When I want enter to the output DMX setup, I have a message who says : All DMX outputs have been disabled because no dongle was found. Who have this dongle ? I have a ACDI licence, can I use it like a dongle? (I can chose it in the node list in setup DMX output windows)
If I chose it i have no avolites desk in my artnet Network, it's normal?
It's possible to imagine a USB link with pearl and PC to have Desk's DMX output in artnet.
It's possible to update Pearl 2004 to 2008? Who to do it?

You cannot output Artnet or DMX with the Pearl Simulator at this moment. It would be like giving a desk away for free. The ACDI dongle is for use with Specific offline visualisers only (i.e. Capture, MSD, ESPvision). Read more here: http://www.avolitesdownload.com/Downloa ... ulator.stm

There is a 2004->2008 upgrade you can order from your dealer. It involves a new backplate and some hardware/wires. Quite pricey at 600Euro though.
