A security error has occurred, and the software will not start.
If you know the cause or a solution, please let me know.
My country's distributor was unable to resolve it.

The firm access counter is zero.

I recently had the same issue as I arrived on a film set. We don't have a local distributor and I searched hard to find a solution.
In the interim a rolled back to v11.4 and got some lights going with an old Titan one dongle.
Avo support replied to my email while we were still shooting with some steps to follow. They issued me a license via Firefox which solved it.
They also sent me this video in additional correspondence.

It seems this could be a good initial thing to try if you are stuck in a similar situation.
Unfortunately the search I did at the time didn't show this video in the results or any other useful links. It only had this forum in the results.
I'm posting here in case it could help someone else if they are in a similar emergency and not sure what to do.
