Venue mode and Faders

Hello,

I am in the middle of upgrading the lighting system for a local venue. They currently use a T1 usb and a touch screen and they're doing everything in veune mode, which works fine for now. They will be scaling up and bringing in some turing prods and doing some small conferences, so i want them to get a Titan mobile, to simplyfi programming and to have faders and buttons.

As i'm doing some research i find that physical input is turned off while in venue mode..? Like why? and why is there no option to just enable it. Yes you can use some things for changing pages and some masters but i want them to be able to use all the faders and keys.

Is there a way to do this or do i just need to convice them to run it unlocked (without venue mode). They are totaly unintressed in any kind of technology and are affraid that everything will break if it's not in venue mode so it's gonna be a hard sell.
