LAMP NOT OFF
I use robe color wash 575AT. In the macro menu. The lamp on and lamp off. In the robe color wash 575AT NOT AFFECT. SOME BODY HELP ME!!!
Bylan: I've looked through the ColorWash 575 AT personalities, and they all have the correct macros in them. I would suggest redownloading the personalities, patching them in, and seeing if the problem persists.
Beaker: I've checked through the Mac 250 entour personalities, and they also have the correct macros. However the off macro for the entour only supports lamping off if the Lamp Off option in the entour menu is set to "On". (You can read about the Lamp On/Off settings in page 12 of the entour user manual)
Edit:
Made last sentance less confusing.

Thanks Dave! That worked. DLOF must be set to ON. And remember to press "Enter" after ON! Thanks again!
