Wing doesn't work on my quartz.

Hi Everyone,

I've got a quartz and i bought a wing.
When i plug the usb in only the lights go from the mid untill the end and then go off.
I can't get it to work. Maybe i doing something wrong or there must be a setting not right.
Can someone help me, please...

Assuming you are referring to a Titan Mobile Wing. One thing to check is there should be a small switch on the side near to the USB connector, this should be in position 1. You could also open USB Expert Console from the Tools > Control Panel menu and confirm that it is displayed with a green icon. It should also show button presses and fader moves this you can check that these are being received over USB.
