[Improvement] Workspace Shortcuts on External screen

I like it. All seems to work ok.

It would be really nice if this were just a general purpose area for executors instead for common things like house lights or smoke machines rather than being solely for workspace recall.

It would also be nice if you could choose where on the screen it goes. Left/right, top/bottom

There is a bit of thought behind where those workspace shortcuts are placed on the external monitor. They have been placed not conflict with the shell primarily on the external monitor. That can exist up the top or one side or another. If the user were to choose it may then have to get moved around as they move between consoles. This could also get a little confusing.
