Diamond 4 to Titan 9 show file transfer

I had some success with transferring a Diamond 4 show file to Titan software (D4 ->Pearl Expert) a couple years back, with success. Now I am faced with the exact same thing and all I get is a show error. I tried to load it in to the titan simulator version 8, but I get the same error. I also tried to install an old version of the simulator (V6), but it requires an activation. I try to activate it over the internet but it says that I need to be using V7.5. Any ideas how I can transfer my show files from my Diamond 4 (V2.4) to a current version of the titan software? I do have access to a Diamond 4 with Titan version 3.1, that was a demo unit. I have not tried to load in to it, save, and load in to a higher version of Titan. Don't know if that will work. I have faith that I can save these files. I know that there is a way. Any ideas??

If the show file is currently from Diamond 4 v2.4 i.e. pre-Titan, it would be better to load it into the Diamond 4 running Titan v3.1 and re-save the show in Titan first. After doing that you can try to load the Titan v3.1 show file into either v9.1 or v8.1 (in both cases I would recommend using the .1 release). If that is not successful, after attempting to load the show please open Log Viewer from the Additional Programs menu and use the Open Folders option to view the most recent errors as this will normally provide more information than the message displayed in the software.
