Off Fixture in Cue List

Postby Mars3110 » 12 Sep 2017, 18:52

Hello,

I have a problem with the off function. Don’t know if it’s intentionally built like this or not…

I want to completely “remove” a fixture from an entire cue list. So I select my fixture, press the Off button, select the Selected Fixtures Off option and then Record Cue x Thro y Merge.
For all the attributes it works well, excepted the dimmer which is shown Off (like the other attributes) in the Cue View window but still remains active like before applying Off to the fixture…

Does someone have an idea ?

Unfortunately I believe this is a bug. Selecting the fixture(s) via Cue View and then [Remove Fixtures]/[Confirm] will completely remove them and will do what you want but as far as I know this must be done separately for each cue at the moment. I can't think of a way to do it across an entire cuelist or multiple cues.

Thanks for your answer !

What a pity... I imagine you reported this to the development team and it will be fixed in the next release ?

Yes, it is in the system. I am sure it will be fixed as soon as possible.
