Hello,
I do have the following problem.
At first, The situation is that we have an Avolites TigerTouch V1 running software V9.1, and if I use my laptop having titan pc suite V9.1 installed, multi user session is working perfectly.
We now have added a Titan Mobile with PC suite V10.1 (running latest).
So in order to create a multi user session, I upgraded my laptop towards V10.1.96.5 and I tried to create a multi session setup.
From the Mobile towards the simulator, It is possible to setup a session, but that is anyhow the wrong way since the mobile needs to be the master.
Connecting from the simulator as a multi user session towards the titan mobile is somehow since V10.1 not possible anymore it seems.
What Am I doing wrong there?
Master Address and Software version checks are ok in the network sessions overview on both consoles.
But the Connect button on my laptop has a Yellow Exclamation mark.
One slight difference is that the titan mobile sees only one IP address to connect to.
From my latpop, I can see 2 network addresses visible towards the mobile, and the not working network is the first listed.
Could you please assist since I have to run a show at sunday.
Thanks in Advance!

Re: Titan V10.1 mobile + simulator multiuser session
It is likely to be Firewall related, you need to ensure that Titan.exe and Mobile.exe are allowed for both inbound and outbound connections. See this thread for more details.

Re: Titan V10.1 mobile + simulator multiuser session
Hi,
Thanks for your reaction, My first thought was also firewall, but disabled windows firewall on both machines and still the same error occurs,
From my laptop towards the titan mobile, I cannot connect.
Are there some other elements that can cause the connection not to be established?

Re: Titan V10.1 mobile + simulator multiuser session
Hello,
The issue was network binding order.
Somehow the titan mobile kept the Ethernet (physical) link first in the binding order and the WIFI secondly.
Since there was no network cable plugged, an APIPA address was shown in the titan software as first address.
It was not possible to switch those, I tried with binding order, disabling hardware etc. but no success.
I had to end up to open up the casing and adding a physical cable into the computer housing the titan mobile.
In my opinion it is still a better way over WIFI since the chance of disruptions is significantly smaller using wired connections.
Thanks for pointing me into the correct direction.
